Office Telesales Key Accounts
Our client is one of the fastest developing brands and expanding their manufacturing and wholesale and operations supplying high quality products to their industry all over the world.
Due to continued success, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an office-based sales person to join their team at their new offices in East Wellow, near Romsey, Hampshire.
We are particularly interested to hear from candidates with a proven sales record.
Key responsibilities will include:
Contacting designated key accounts both international and UK based by telephone as the preferred method of contact to build relationships and to support the customer in achieving new growth targets.
Working in conjunction with and supporting the field sales representatives to ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided to their accounts.
You will be first point of contact in the office for these customers.
Continually monitor and process back orders for allocated accounts to ensure urgent turnaround of stock.
Preparing in advance of trade shows to ensure sufficient stock is available and dispatched to customer.
You will be required to attend trade shows representing the company on stands and communicating with stockists to maximise product sales.
Provide support to other team members as and when required with processing sales orders onto the system (Profit Plus), answering the telephone, providing product advice and resolving customer queries by telephone and email and general administration.
Utilise in-house software to monitor sales and progress.
This is a very busy, fast paced environment and you will need to multi-task, work accurately under pressure to deadlines and targets and manage and prioritise your workload effectively. You will be reliable and hard working with a flexible attitude to work well with our existing team.
The successful candidate will be outgoing and friendly with strong account management and relationship building skills. You will possess excellent communication skills and additional languages would be a real benefit although not essential.
We are looking for someone who is computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook. Full training will be provided on in-house computer systems – Profit Plus / Sales Vision.
