Working in their Customer Service department you will act as a brand ambassador for their clients, delivering world class service in all customer communications, whether by phone, email or webchat. Full time 40 Hours – 5 days over 7 days – hours to be discussed in advance which will include working one day each weekend and one shift working until around 20:00hrs.
Starting salary £17,760 per annum (£8.54) Grade 3 – plus up to £1,200 per annum call quality allowance OTE £18,960 – with progression to £19,011 per annum (£9:14) with £1,200 per annum quality allowance with a OTE of £20,211.
