We are sourcing an experienced Marketing Coordinator for a 6 months Contract in Romsey town centre.

We understand that experience in all these areas are unlikely however, a good grasp of what is required would be considered.

SEO and PPC – understanding how to write content to support SEO.

Social media – creating, posting and analysis of regular and measurable social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google +, YouTube.

Digital advertising – creating Facebook ads and other online advertising

Websites – ensuring all company websites are kept up to date in terms of content and functionality.

Content creation – identifying requirements for new content, development of content and distribution via a variety of channels

Marketing campaigns – creating, undertaking and analysing the success of marketing campaigns

Idea generation – keep up to date with marketing techniques, ensuring each agency is maximising marketing budget to support the recruitment of new foster carers

Company literature and promotional merchandise – support with creation and production of branded publicity materials

Stakeholder management – attending regular meetings with stakeholders at all levels including colleagues, foster carers, and senior managers

Taking on other marketing related tasks and projects as directed by the Senior Marketing Executive and the Marketing Manager

Additional Duties:

Regular travel will be required, so the successful candidate will need to be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle

Due to the nature of this role, there will be times when it is expected that you will need to work some evenings and weekends, this will be within reason and time off in lieu will be offered.

Job Purpose:                   Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Executive, support with the coordination of day to day marketing activity for the Group, ensuring the marketing department meets expected targets and objectives by implementing agreed marketing plan.

Hours:                        35 Hrs per week, 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday – Friday.

Salary:                        £23k – £25k Depending on experience
